This post today is for my left handed crochet friends! A couple weeks back I shared the pattern for a Classic Granny Square. Well, I thought it might be helpful to provide left handed crochet stitch diagrams as well!

Here is the stitch diagram for the final round which I used for joining the squares using the Join As You Go (JAYGO) method. You can find the written pattern instructions as well as a photo tutorial on how to use the JAYGO method here.

I too, am left handed. I have purchased many instruction books, and tried to do it their way, but I just got frustrated…. Thankyou for helping us to make granny squares.

My mom is a crocheter, and also left-handed… I didn’t ever think about difficulty reading patterns! I’m going to share this with her!

Hello Kara,
Thank you very much for these diagrams, I’m left-handed and I always have problems with diagrams, and it is not allways easy to see the diagrams on the other side of the paper (turning it to check it in the other positition).
