Add Fringe to scarf (optional)
If desired, fringe can add a nice touch to a scarf. You can use all one color or alternate between the two colors, or even mix them up together … The choice is yours! To start, cut 6 lengths of yarn each measuring approx. 14 in. long. Holding the strands together, fold them in half to form a loop on one side. Insert hook into the edge where you want your first grouping to be placed, from wrong side to right side, and pull through the loop. Pull the ends of the fringe through the loop and tug gently to tighten. Repeat until your desired effect is achieved making sure groupings are evenly spaced.
