April showers bring May flowers and a flower crochet scrubby pattern is exactly what I want to stitch up right! I designed this pattern using a bright and happy color palette of Lily Sugar’n Cream Ombre cotton yarn with a coordinating Scrubby center. Red Heart aptly named it the Flower Power Scrubby because that scrubby center gives it an extra boost of cleaning power.
These crochet scrubbies make a great gift too … create a gift basket with a handmade scrubby, some dish soap, and a kitchen towel for a great housewarming or shower gift. Or do as some of my readers have suggested and make a pamper basket with your crocheted scrubby and some beauty masks, scented soaps, and an exfoliating scrub. That’s right … my readers are loving scrubbies not just for their kitchen duties but as a fun exfoliator in the shower as well! I’m not sure I would want to use it on my face, but I can definitely see it being useful on those tough and dry heels and elbows.
